Lots of Cell Phone Pictures

So I am always taking pictures with my phone when I forget my other camera. But we all know that most phones don't take great pictures. Anyway here are a few that actually turned out O.K. Some are from a long time ago and some are from just a few weeks ago.

Have a great day!!!

Katie being cute

My nephew Tanner

He is so cute!

Alexys, Craig, Katie & Cadence

This is the Super Bowl. We went to my brother's house and this screen is about 7 ft. tall

That's a door to the right so you can see the size.

It was fun to watch it this way.

Katie swimming

Katie and Alexys on a Sunday drive.

Buddies!!

(Tanner is covered in frosting from making his own ginger bread house)

I think this is funny. My dog Jetta likes to relax when she eats.

She also sits on the stairs to relax. Like with her bum on the steps and her feet all on the ground.

Katie and her friends whose names I can't say let alone spell.

I love 11:11 so this was a great day to take the picture.

(Notice the date)=)

A flower from Tracy's funeral

A sad and happy day for St. Anthony Bridge St.

She just couldn't stay awake.

Always the fashion diva!

My Girl!

If only we had an extra $11,000 to spare.=(

She loved these!

This was a day I was sick in bed.

Still sick...

We couldn't find her and then I realized she was standing right in front of me. So funny because she was standing so still. I had to snap a picture.

So Cool! He loves T.G.I.F.!!

Hair Cut

So it was time for Katie to get another hair cut. I went a bit longer this time but she seems to love it. When her hair gets too long it tends to look stringy and it get tangles in it. Now I only hope she doesn't try doing it herself. Oh well I guess if she does. It will grow back right? She was so excited to go to school and show everyone her new look. She is such a ham!!

Singing

So Alexys had her Winter concert tonight. They did a great job. She is in two music classes at school. One is the Freelancers (that is the one that Craig and I were in) and she is also in the show Choir called the Sound FX. I wish I could have recorded the entire performance but I don't have a good video camera anymore. They performed ABBA. It was a fun show! Anyway here is the solo she had. It's not a great video but she sounds pretty good anyway.

Enjoy!!

Spring??

Katie loves to play outside when the sun is out. She had a Dr. app. today so I kept her home from school and she got dressed ate some cereal and went outside. Of course she had to take her best buddy Grover with her. She spent 2 hours out there yesterday after school. I could only get her in by telling her it was time to eat. It's nice to see Spring on its way. As you can see in the pictures our grass is finally showing for the first time since Dec. It looks a little funky because I have yet to rake it but I'm sure within a few weeks we will be seeing signs of green! Can't wait!

I love Spring!!!!!

Alexys is 15!!!!

Alexys age 2 Alexys age 14

I can hardly stand to even write it let alone say it. My baby is growing up!

Alexys turned 15 on Sat. and It is just too crazy how fast time flies.

We spent the weekend in Salt Lake with just me, her and her Grandma Housley. We did some shopping, eating, swimming and sight seeing. We just never seem to get bored of seeing the sights around Temple Square. We went to the Beehive House and then we saw the Joseph Smith movie again and on Sunday morning we

went to watch the Mormon Tabernacle Choir sing in the Music and the Spoken Word.

Mom took us to The cafe at Little America for lunch on Sat.

They always have such good food!

I do have some pictures but we only had our phones and we took all the pictures with Alexys' phone so they are at school right now. I will post them when she gets home.

Anyway!!! I guess that's it!!

It really was a fun weekend!

State Wrestling!!

(Hope you enjoy my soundtrack for this post. I thought the songs were funny.) =)

Friday and Saturday were Idaho State Wrestling. And of course we had to go. Craig loves wrestling and one of our good friends is one of the coaches for our team so we spend a lot of time going to watch these matches. So on Sat. we spent about 12 hours at the Holt Arena in Pocatello supporting our South Fremont Cougar Wrestling team. They did pretty well. We took 2nd place in our district for team and we had two of our boys take State title in their weights. I think they were 135 Brock Banta and 235 Brian Rodehouse. Close to those weights if not. Anyway we had a great time and we are very proud of these guys.

Craig, Alexys and Katie wearing our school colors.

Go S.F.!!!

During the long moments between our boys matches we had to have something to do so I brought toys!! Here is one of the things I made with them. Of course we were a very popular with all the little kids around us so I had to sanitize them all when we got home.

Another picture of them before I got them to cooperate for the nice picture.

If you click on the picture above it will enlarge it so you can see the two boys that took first. I have a line around them. Such a great day for them.

We love our Cougars!!!

Ward Talent Show

We had our Ward Talent Show tonight and I think that these guys did really great. Craig played his ukulele and Alexys sang and Miss Bubba did her thing. (Pretending to play her ukulele and sing and dance, mostly bum shaking) They performed Somewhere Over The Rainbow. I of course forgot my camera and therefore was at the mercy of my cell phone camera. No zoom and no focus. One of the brothers in our bishopric was taking pictures of everything and he did get a few that he is going to email me. So as soon as those come I will post those on here instead of these sorry excuses for pictures.

Have a great night (or day) and thanks for stopping by!

Valentines Day!!!

Well with Valentines Day being on a Sunday this year I got to celebrate two days in a row. My husband planned a day for us together with some of our good friends. Jed & Amanda. We had so much fun! We left at 11 o'clock in the morning and we went bowling!!

I love to bowl!! We bowled for an hour (we got in two games!)

Then we went to lunch at Winger's!

Who doesn't love this place?

I got so full!

After that we went to the $2 movies!

We have waited for The Blind Side to get there forever!!

What a great show!

Then we spent the evening playing games!

We had a fun day!!

Then on Sunday morning I woke up to roses.

I love you Craig!

And thanks for a wonderful Valentines Day!!!

Sunbathing!!

It was a beautiful afternoon!!! Warm enough that Craig went sunbathing! We don't get to see the sun and warmth all at the same time this time of year very often.Katie was so excited that she decided to brave the snow and try to make a snowman. She found out that just walking in the snow was a challenge so she just had fun making trails all over the yard.

Craig on the table soaking up some rays!

Katie wondering why it's so hard to walk in snow...

Jetta and Katie playing. They love to be together!

(Katie had just pulled her boot out of the snow here she isn't trying to kick Jetta.)

Another fall!

Must have gotten a bit warm on the other side...

Katie's 8 !!!

Well this post has lots of pictures!! Katie turned 8 years old today! (Sunday 17th) We decided to celebrate on Saturday at the Sand Dunes sledding. Katie loves it!!! She has no fear at all. We roasted hot dogs over a fire and the day was beautiful. Craig's brothers from Alaska are in town for a week (that's another post) so they came with us. Later Saturday evening we had a little cake and gifts with just the four of us. She is such a sweet little thing and I'm thankful for these moments so I can remember that.

Enjoy the pictures!!

This is Craig & Katie coming down the hill together. Craig is on a tube and he is holding on to Katie's round sled. She was laughing so hard about it.

Katie came down her first time with her uncle Corey. He is one of her Dad's brothers from Alaska. This was the first time Corey and Katie have met. He hasn't been down this way in over 7 years.

Alexys & Me (Debi).
We linked arms and we almost did a circle before Craig could snap this shot.

I missed this run but Alexys had jumped on Craig's back and they rode down together. This was just after Alexys had rolled off.

I gave Katie a ride down on my back.

She was giggling the whole way down the hill. Like I said, she has no fear.

One of her many trips down alone. She almost always would turn backwards when she rode the round sled. We were always amazed at how far she could get.

Here she is opening her gifts from Craig's Family around the campfire.

We got her an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen.

She could hardly contain her excitement over all this ice cream.

She still blows up into her bangs so Craig helped her with the candles. She is none the wiser though. As far as she is concerned she did it.

She is clapping so fast her hands are a blur.

This is a package her Grandma Lofgreen sent from Indiana.

Her look says it all!

Once again she is moving so fast she is a bit of a blur. This is a gift from Grandma Housley. They share the same Birthday. But Mom was in Mesquite for the week. She sent this gift earlier in the week. She loves her Grandmas!!

She had just opened one of her gifts from us and she got up to dance after every gift. She moves so fast that I just gave up on trying to get a good shot of it.

Here it is after she calmed down a notch.

Her own hair product kit.

The blow Dryer blows air and she has already done all of our hair a few times.

Even Craig's. ;) (Mr. Clean)
